Today marks the return of Allegiant's nonstop, low-cost jet service from Duluth International Airport to Orlando-Sanford. Allegiant is currently posting flights between Duluth and Orlando-Sanford through August 14, 2012. Passengers have two options every week in February to hop on board to sunny Orlando, with flights leaving on Thursdays and Sundays.
However, during the month of March, Allegiant is giving our Region more options than ever before, with a total of 36 flights or 5400 seats to three warm and sunny destinations: 4 flights weekly to Orlando-Sanford and Las Vegas along with twice weekly flights to Phoenix-Mesa; regular flight schedules return in April.
"We are extremely pleased with the continued growth of Allegiant Airlines at the Duluth International Airport. Non-stop flights to Orlando, Phoenix and Las Vegas gives area travelers quick access to the places they want to go," said Duluth Airport Authority Executive Director Brian Ryks.
